Booking & confirmation

A booking request placed on this website or on WhatsApp is not yet a confirmed booking. We first confirm availability for your date, then send a secure payment link. Your booking is confirmed once payment — in full, or a token amount agreed with us — is received. The remaining balance, if any, is settled before or on the day of the tour as agreed at confirmation.

Prices

All prices are per person in US dollars as calculated on the tour page at the time of booking. For groups above 10 travelers, pricing is customized based on the requirement. Optional add-ons (monument tickets, meals, optional visits) are charged as listed on the tour page.

Cancellation

Cancellation is complimentary up to 24 hours before the tour begins, with a full refund of any amount paid. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time, and no-shows, are non-refundable.

Changes by you

Date changes, hotel-tier changes, and itinerary preferences (for example, finishing a Golden Triangle tour in Jaipur instead of Delhi) are accommodated wherever possible — please tell us at the time of booking or as early as you can.

Changes by us

Monument closures (for example, the Taj Mahal interior on Fridays, or Monday closures of certain Delhi sites) are handled by re-sequencing the itinerary as described on each tour page. The order of sightseeing may be adjusted for traffic, security restrictions, monument timings, prayer times, or local operating conditions.

Travel documents

Please carry a valid photo ID — it is required at hotel check-in and may be required at monuments. A clear photograph of the ID on your mobile phone is also acceptable.
